If I'm buying new, i want them to look new. If they get scratched during use, thats one thing and I'm okay with that. But fresh from the factory still in the package, I'd prefer it to be as pristine as every other magazine I've ever bought new.

If I want a magazine that looks used, I'll buy used. Like the two 30 rounders I'm getting Sunday for $10 each. I know they are used, so I get what I get and I don't care what they look like provided they are functional.

Naw, I'm not upset.

These are going to get used quite a bit and they'll get a bit scratched up the first time they get used. No big deal.

I just thought that it was kind of weird that one was like that being new in wrapper. At that point the only thing I did was cut it out of the plastic.

Its good to know they are shipping sooner than expected. Were the mags you ordered .223 mags?

My mags were ordered 1-13 & 1-16. They charged my card on 1-13 & 1-18. On the 1-13 order the website said in stock shipping daily. By 1-16 they were saying 4+ weeks.

When speaking with them today they said my first mags were due to ship the 3rd week of April, and the second two weeks later. I understand the waiting, but not my card being charged and then waiting 2+ months.

After explaining that my card had been charged nearly 6 weeks ago, she said she would get them out this week. *fingers crossed*

They emailed me that my mags shipped today, complete with tracking number.

I imagine they are just plain swamped. It took perseverance to get through, but when I talked to them they were very patient, polite, and helpful. I congratulated them on not gouging on price, and the lady I was speaking to seemed very appreciative. I am looking forward to receiving my 20 & 30 round .223 AR mags and my 20 round 9MM AR mags.

Just a side note, was at a Scheels in Coralville, IA yesterday and counted 150+ Pro Mag 30-round mags; some plastic some steel, 64 Brownells 20-round mags and a glass display case (maybe 300) DPMS 30-round mags all priced at $30 along with some misc. off-brand plastic.

Availability is getting better but still not at the prices y'all ordered at. Good to hear they're shipping.

Dr.Rob, do you mind if I ask what day you ordered and if they were .223 mags?

Wow, thats some looooong wait times.

At those rates, might as well wait til your LGS gets their stock of mags. Mine has had Pmags and some others for the last couple of weeks now, at decent prices. ($27/Pmag)

Thanks for resurrecting this thread. I order 2 30 round mags on 1-10-13 and still have not gotten them. I'd actually completely forgotten about the order. Gotta pull up my account and see if I was ever charged.
