Guess what i get to reload/

Funny thing happend this weekend. Wife followed me into my LGS, As i was shopping she went to the counter, Now my wife is going to get a Ruger LCP revolver in 38 special (normally my wife hates shooting)

So along with needing .45LC brass, DOES Anyone have extra 38 special brass they dont need?

Also i reload on a Dillon SDB, any one have an inexpensive set of 38Sp dies for a SDB they dont need?

Reloading is more than a Hobby, it keeps growing, like an addiction

I think I can scare some .38 Special cases up for you. Let me see how many are sitting around and I will get back to you.

EDIT: PM on the way.

Every time I think about buying a new gun or trading for one, I automatically add $100 to the purchase price for dies, brass and bullets.

Let me know if you have trouble getting some 38 brass. I have somewhere between 50 or 100 I'm planning on loading up when I get a .38 or .357 that I prefer to keep, but I can always beg for some later on when I get something that needs them.

Me too. It's like ok, new gun....ok I need brass, dies, die bushings (have Hornady LNL), do I have the right she'll holder, bullets....do I have the right powder, primers, etc.

I love this thing called reloading. Lol

I know the feeling. I had an AR-15 follow me home a few weeks ago and I have no .223 brass and I refuse to pay what they want for loaded ammo, and it's too darn cold and there's snow on the ground so no going around scrounging the local range for brass.

Lefty,
PM me your info. I'll toss some 38spcl brass your way.
BTW, you'll love tinkering with 38 spcl loads. I've been loading 158 LSWC from MBC over 3.4 grs of WST and they are downright pleasant, even out of my Charter Arms snubbie.

Of course, I read this *after* I put your other brass in the mail. I'll do a check to see what I have in the can for .38 Special. :-)

Why don't we work something out when I move up there? I have a set of carbide Lee dies for .40 that I'm not using.
