There is so much evil in this thread. I'm loving it. I'll get a pic of mine up eventually.

My version of an SPR with an Ops Inc 16th model and my "door knocker" with the Ops M4S. The Mounts are the same from one to the other, so the cans can play musical hosts as you care to swap them.

Some nice set-ups in this thread. I do love the "old school" offerings I see also.
My latest is a Daniel Defense DDM4 V5 AR15 rifle. 12" rail. Trijicon ACOG TA31H-G 4x32 BAC scope. Troy BUIS (front sight is HK style, rear sight is a DOA Di-opter style). The stock is a MagPul UBR. The grip is a Hogue. The side and bottom rail panels are MagPul XM style. The top (and part of the sides) rail covers are MagPul's ladder style. The magazine is a MagPul. ![]() I pulled this RRA out of the safe and set it up recently. ![]() A few longer distance rigs: ![]()

Daniel Defense Lower with PSA 6.8SPC upper along with my OD coated Colt Rail gun. Note the Barrett 6.8 mag (I got two for a song). I can't add a picture of the DD M4 V3 5.56 upper and Aimpoint PRO because I have no pics of my sinking boat. Unfortunately the boat caught fire first and burned to the water line before sinking rapidly with my ~2000 rnds of 6.8 and ~5000 rnds 5.56.

Bought this new in 1978-79. Only AR I have ever owned. Stolen in 1985 and recovered by police a few months later. This is the way I like it, simple.

BCM upper, lower, BCG, etc., with a few choice bolt-on mods.
uploadfromtaptalk1359681967140.jpg Built it last spring, when parts were both plentiful and affordable. Glad I did. R

This thread makes me sad. I'm at the point in my life where paying down the pile of student loans I have racked up takes priority number one now that I'm making good money. I told myself that if I made a big dent in them this year that I would use my tax return to get another gun. As it turns out, I held up my end of the bargain, but the market has made it pretty tough to get in the game now. I'll bide my time until the credit card bills start arriving at people's doorsteps. This thread is not helping me keep my wallet in my pocket though.

Here's mine. I'm mostly a pistol shooter but a buddy and I decided to build some AR's a few years ago. We each bought a stripped lower and started from there. This was right after getting everything assembled. I have since added an EOTech and a vertical foregrip. We are both very glad we built these up with the current hysteria going on.
