For my SMG, I'm realizing I should have put "to magically turn money into noise" I really think for my silencer it's gonna be - "because my neighbors are old farts who complain a lot"

if you take an AR lower and build it into an SBR configuration, you are the "manufacturer" of that SBR. You can also make suppressors, which are considered firearms under the NFA.

I've put "Personal Collection" on 2 of my form 1's and 1 of my form 4's and never had ATF give me problems.

I have written plenty of cute reasons, all approved.

"Neighbors dog"

Had a guy put this on his form 4 about a year ago, it went through with no problems

I've had two cutesy answers kicked back, adding two weeks to the process. The solution was to cross out the cutesy answer and put "All lawful purposes" or whatever else.

Don't be cute.

And you know for a fact that's why they were kicked back? It was written as the reason?
Without a doubt; they put a hand written sticky note under that question saying "What exactly do you mean by this?" I called and asked how to fix it, they said simply cross out what I wrote and write something else.
