Custom 1911 grips (polymer\rubber + metal)

Ok so I'm looking for a place or person that is willing to meet my needs on this one for my 1911 Tacops.

I'm not a fan of wood or aluminum grips which I know puts me in the minority for 1911 owners most likely- I prefer quality rubber or polymer. Like Ergo XT grips that came with my pistol. Very hard, durable, wonderful texture.

However I want to have a custom job done on such grips and all it entails is the embedding of an aluminum (or other metal?) icon in the grip. In fact I have the Vector (.ai) and photoshop (.psd) files of it that I created which I can provide.

So far though nobody has been able to help me in my endeavor, flat out turning down my business when I broach them on it. I don't think it's overly complicated myself frankly, but I don't do this for a living.

Anybody help me out there?
