Natchez Shooting Supply

Beats me. I have dealt with them for at least 15 years and they have always been decently priced, reliable, professional folks.

I never knew about the TN,AL,GA factor. Call or email them. They usually respond quickly. They are in Chattanooga.

What I have read is that the company began as a regional wholesaler and still wholesales to retail shops in AL, TN and GA. They don't compete against those shops by also selling retail in their states.

Not sure if true. Anyone else know?

Awhile back I thought it had something to do with how they were supposed to collect sales tax from people in those states and it was easier to just not deal with it...but that was not verified.

It annoyed me because I used to live in IN and order from them...and now that I'm in GA they won't ship here or bill to here so I can't do business with them any more.

They have been doing this for a long time now. Back before the internet, they used to state this in their catalogs. I would imagine they still do.

But no problems selling to other neighboring states like Mississippi, Arkansas,Missouri, Kentucky,Virginia, and North Carolina ?

No problem in MS for sure. I live right on the TN/MS border. When we order we just ship it to a co-worker that lives in MS and he brings it in when he arrives.

They're also great for Canadian customers too for non-ITAR controlled items.

They really are good people. Fine,professional, customer service. They are my go to guys/gals. Tennessee nice.
