Most accurate autoloader?

Remember when you could buy a Pardini GT for $800? I was so stupid not buying one back then.

I got mine for somewhat more than that, but yeah...they are fantastic guns. The double-stage trigger and counter-hammer is so smooth, it makes a good 1911 trigger feel like crap.

Did you ever notice the one in the first part of the "Transporter"?

Wow no, I'll have to look for it. Love the first flick, didn't so much care for the other two...

Pardini ought to be cheap if you could get to Europe and bring one back. The euro is really low right now and I expect parity in '17 or early '18.

Speaking of odd guns; anyone ever see a Matchguns MG22? Tube-fed pistol...

Based on how the gun shoots in my hands, my 1969 vintage Browning HP is the best, followed by my Glock G37, yep a 45GAP. I have a few others,9mm, 40 S&W and 45acp, but those two are the best pistols when I'm shooting. Most times at the range they are better than my few revolvers. The other pistols are 4-6 inch accurate when I do my part, but the GAP and the HP will always outdo them.

22lr - S&W 41

Centerfire - Walther PPQ 9mm, which has surprised the hell out of me, as I've shot some really accurate, really expensive semi-custom guns, and haven't shot anything as well.

The most accurate centerfire semi-autos I can recall shooting all performed similarly as they were limited by my ability;) Seated at the bench, and shooting as carefully as possible over a rest, several stood out. The Swiss and German SIG P210s are at the top of the heap for me. Followed, in no particular order, by the SIG X-5, some 1911s by various manufacturers in 9mm, 38 Super and .45 ACP, HK USP Expert and P7M8, and Browning Hi Power GP. I don't have a Ransom Rest and can't determine which, if any, of these is intrinsically more accurate than others.....ymmv

What, no Mk23? ;) Mostly joking, though that list is basically comprised of the most expensive pistols on the market (P210). We've put a man on the moon, you'd think we could get a highly accurate gun under a grand, by now.

TCB

Out of the pistols I own, its definitely the HK P-30 with the V1 LEM trigger, this thing is one hole groups from 20 yards all day long.

Followed very closely is my FNS-40, very accurate gun as well.

I got the HK for Glock money......$525 out the door, its twice the pistol too.

I'm a Glock shooter, so I do pretty well with them, and I can't say I've shot any large-money guns like a P210 or Colt Gold Match or anything like that, so my experience is not the best. I do have a P220 that I love and shoot it very well, but the best, most effortlessly accurate autoloader for me has been a Walther PPX 9mm ($279) that I sold when I was out of work. For me, 15-yard PPX groups were the size of 7-yard groups for most other guns.

I don't know of any one that has been the hands down most accurate but for me there are three that I've owned that I definitely shoot better than most others. the first is a springfield range officer 1911, nice entry level competition model with hogue grips in 45ACP. the second which I shot the most accurately before I bought the range officer is a springfield XDM 45acp compact. it is extremely accurate given the right ammo. the third on the list which doesn't shoot quite as well as the others but is still nothing to sniff at is my Ruger SR9 compact which is the most accurate of about 5 9mms I currently own.

for least accurate I've owned, I think that would be the Canik TP9 (first generation)

10" AR pistol in 35 Gunner caliber.
Around 3/4 MOA @ 100 yards.
200gr ftx.

Hard to pick just one, but some of my most accurate autoloaders are below. While I own many very accurate rimfires, I'll keep my entries to centerfire because I find them much more interesting.
