best over the counter cap locks ever made for small to medium game

i think the best over counter small to medium game and just plain plinking fun cap lock rifles ever made, was the thompson center seneca- cherokee rifles in .32-36-45 calibers. earlier this month i picked up the seneca-45, now i have all three calibers. top rifle is a .45 (the one i bought this month), the second rifle is a seneca .36 and the third is a cherokee in .32. oh how i wish they would have made them in flint lock, even with the shorter barrels i would have bought half a dozen. they are light, accurett and easy on powder-lead. eastbank.

i just never warmed up to the cva small rifles, a friend had one and it was a pain in the arse to keep running. i had a green river .32 caliber barrel for a thompson hawkin, but it was a heavy beast. eastbank.

i own several pedersoli rifles(flint and cap) and one pedersoli 10ga cap lock double barrel shotgun and they all have been good firearms. eastbank.

my RCM flint lock has a L&R lock on it and it is a very well made lock with a super sparker frizzen. what i realy like is that the frizzen when shut fits into the recess in the pan, that stops the powder from leaking out of the pan, like many locks allow due to poor fitting. eastbank.
