Model 12 help

I have a model 12 serial numbers say 1948-1949
Factory vent rib, jeweled bolt, black diamond wood .the marking have me confused which one I have any help would be appreciated

If you Google Winchester Model 12 Black Diamond, you may be able to find information to help you nail down your shotgun.

Everything I Google says black diamond trap model ....but mine has a improved modified choke not a full and mine doesn't have trap roll marked anywhere that's what has me so stumped

Improved modified is still a Trap choke, used for 16 yard shooting. I don't know if the Black Diamonds came that way, but it's plausible. Maybe shot out by (or relieved for) steel shot in 70's or 80's?

Think it came that way has improved modified roll marked on it
