Oldest to me is a Ruger Mk-II, purchased new in 1987, about three weeks after buying my first handgun, a .357 Magnum revolver and then learning how expensive it was to try to "learn handgunning" with.
Oldest overall by DOM is my Romanian TTC, made in 1958. Aside from a 1943-manufacture Mosin rifle, it's my oldest firearm overall (I do have a Chinese Type 56 SKS that I cannot date.)

Oldest semi-auto would probably be my Baby Browning. Looked it up one time and seem to recall it was made in the mid to late '50s.

I have a Spanish Ruby copy made between 1919 and 1921 and a H&R Self loader made between 1914 and 1924.

Broomhandle Mauser made in 1897. It has all matching numbers including the wooden holster/shoulder stock. However, it has a worn pitted finish.

Well, my S&W 659 is my oldest, and my first, and still in the collection. Granted, it isn't very "old", but it is getting old, like me, and a one owner firearm!

Nice, mine is an Erfurt Double as well, with the added side plate safety (but not the magazine safety.)
On the downside, mine started off as an Artillery Model, but they installed a 4" barrel during the police rework.

I once had a 1904 Navy Luger from the 2nd torpedo div.
