Picked this up last week. Added an aluminum breech,18" barrel,Boss transfer port, new valve, stronger hammer spring. i also polished the trigger contact points a bit. Added a Centerpoint 2X scope[for my older eyes].Took about 6 shots to zero it in my basement. Can't wait for warmer weather to try it out in the backyard. The CP 14.3s are making one hole.

Nice. I love those 1322/1377. Since I bought my first 1377 and started modifying it with steel breech, Williams sights and a stock my other air guns are collecting dust. They amaze me with how accurate, powerful, and inexpensive they are unless you get crazy with the mods. The extended stock made a huge difference with my accuracy. I was popping pill bottles at sixty feet yesterday with just open sights(and 68 yr old eyes)and 5-6 pumps. IMG_1007.JPG Cheap back yard fun without having to go to the range.

Very nice Pistols! I'm picking up a used 1377 tomorrow. Can hardly wait to start personalizing it :) ! Where did you get your parts? I've been looking at all of the popular mods you can do and I'm amazed at what some guys have done. Down the Rabbit hole I go.

Do the new 1377's have the steel breach or is that something you have to order and swap out?
Order and swap out. Alchemy, Pyramid, Crosman and I'm sure other places sell them. I did it on two of the three I've got and it was easy to do. Just follow the instructions and watch a Youtube or two while you're waiting for you're breech to arrive. I never had a problem with the plastic breech but I like steel better than plastic. The dovetail allows mounting optics more solidly too. It will add some weight to the gun. The sky's the limit when it comes to modifying these things.

At some point I'll have to get around to doing my 1322 up like this. At the very least, the design would benefit greatly from the addition of a stock.

What I would like to do is make up an M3 style pull out wire stock. It seems like it should be easy enough to make one that attaches where the rear plug is. My 1322 lives in my camping pack, so size is a big issue.

I don't know if I need the extended stock,I'm only 65. Seriously, that's my next mod most likely.
I think you'll like the stock and they're available in wood too if you don't like the plastic. The plastic stocks had a little movement after installing that I corrected by shimming the grip frame with a small piece of fuzzy velcro with the adhesive on back. They don't move at all now.

I picked up the used 1377 yesterday. I bought it from a member of another forum I'm on. It came with the steel breach,1399 butt stock and a couple tins of pellets. I'm still trying to decide what mods to do. I'm a tinkerer at heart and can never leave things alone :). I was considering converting it to a 1322 with a 14" shrouded barrel and making a custom carbon fiber butt stock. After shooting a few pellets I'm kinda liking it short and I have a bunch of 177 pellets. I can see that this will probably be the beginning of many 13XX pistols in the near future.

IMG_1793_LI (2).jpg Jacknil, You've got me thinking again about putting a longer barrel on one of my 1377s. It would be my next mod if I do one. I don't know why but I shoot my 1377 w/Williams open sights more accurately than the one with the UTG BugBuster scope which adds weight and doesn't balance as well. I was plinking a coffee can from my porch out 90ft. in the woods yesterday at 35 degrees, then took one shot at a Crosman pellet tin top I had nailed to an oak tree 150ft out some time back. I'd only shot at the tin a few shots before and used binoculars to inspect the tin with no hits. I figured it was too far for the gun and didn't bother shooting at it again.Yesterday I inspected the bark nearly dead center below the tin and found four pellets in the bark 4-6 inches low but centered. It looks like there may have been a few hits slightly higher that didn't stick or fell out over time. These inexpensive pumpers continue to amaze me.
