And forever more, it's been carried!.. Nice piece.

OP says that the
"1973 Ruger Single Six" he is looking at is "well worn but still tight".
Think about that for a minute... Over 45 years old and still tight. Probably has another 30 or 40 left in it.
I think that old Ruger does a pretty good job of selling itself.
Buy both op, that way you don't have to choose.
I can either buy a well worn but still tight single six or a new HRR. I am leaning towards the SS but wanted to get some opinions on the topic.
Thanks
Mine is 60 years old and is tight as a tick.OP says that the

I would also say get both 22 cylinders for the Heritage RR just for the 22 mag option, because as i stated before in another RR realated thread, 22 mag has the power of a 22 lr out of a carbine length barrel, in a wheelgun/semi-auto pistol length barrel.Very practical idea. Then you have the Single Six for life , more or less , and what's another $100 and change for the Heritage?
I thought you bought the 1986 Bisley from your other thread, but I'm old and easily confused
