If you hadn't bought it, I was going to tell you to put a hold on it and I'll come up to buy it. I don't even need another one, but I could always use it as a back up to my patch gun

Thanks, I'm looking more at competition guns. I remember having a M29 (I paid $375) at the height of the Dirty Harry era...mine was a nickeled 8.375" barreled model...and the novelty faded quickly; I think I traded it for my first Python

Now I need to figure out what holster and grips to put on her.

Suggestions?
I have lady sized hands but prefer slightly bigger grips to slightly smaller grips
As my competition revolver mentor used to say, "Try the Miculek grips," but then added, "People either love them or hate them...there is no middle-ground"

FWIW: All the top tier IDPA revolver shooters are using the Miculek grips

If you really don't like them, I'll buy them from you after you've tried them for a while.

If we shoot the same match, in the near future, I'll let you try my 686 competition revolver

Some of those spots are going to be hard to reach with a penny. I would go oiled 0000 steel wool, followed by chrome polish on a Dremel with a buffing wheel at low speed. Should turn out great either way! :D

Good Grief, STEP AWAY FROM THE DREMEL ON A BLUED GUN TO REMOVE RUST.!
