A bit, mostly let others shoot stuff they hadn't seen.
SIG-556/551. With suppressor.
Galil (okay, Golani sporter). Firing pin broke!
9" .300 with suppressor, some supers then some subs. Blew away people with that one.
M&P9 Core with Jpoint, X300U-A.
Converted a few of my friends to suppressors and RDS pistols I think.

I shot all 3 days, and might not be done yet (Backyard Range)
SAT I tested a couple loads (.260 and .300WM) and then practiced with my .270.
SUN, I tested a new .270 Nosler 130 grn Accubond. Found a node the rifle likes at 3174FPS so now I'll verify and check some different OALs.
This morning I had a couple friends out for deer season "practice". We left the precision rifles home and shot steel at varying distances from 220 to 375 yards using our deer rifles. No bench resting, no kestrels or ballistic software and we shot from field positions; prone off back packs, shooting sticks, tripods etc. It was a blast, I shot my Nolser M48 in .270 and my little REM M7 in .260REM which is a 300yard capab;le deer gun.

I've got a match tomorrow evening (IDPA) so as soon as it cools down, I'll head out and run some drills to knock the cobwebs off.

Shot my new 22-250 Ackley build this morning. Still fire forming brass. It was 78° when I got to the range at 8:00, 92° by the time I left at noon.

Well, today was great!
I took my boy out with me today. He was perfect about trigger discipline this go round. Even policed my Eagle brass for me while I shot.
He fired a pistol for the first time today. A Nineteen Eleven rimfire and a Buckmark Contour. And managed to intentionally hit the box the target was on!
A chip off the I'm block...
With his Rascal he is an accurate little rascal!
I burst a milk jug for him with the Bushmaster, and was instantly informed my shoulder is not yet well from stuffing a bicycle in the ditch...
So that was the only shot with her and none for the teenager...
We finished with breaking the piston off of my Desert Eagle.
I have discovered the weak link.
He was the embodiment of excitement when I fired the first few! He just sat amazed at the fire and picking shells with a stick until I broke her.
Now I know why she was so ornery looking. She knew something I didn't.
Little Bear and I talked so long. We went four wheeling through the mud out to the dam. We caught frogs and shot lead! We missed lunch and no targets. That deserved some ice cream.
Literally the best range trip this year, easily.

My son and I spent the day at the two gun clubs where we are members.
Shot rifles in the morning...two SKS and two AR15s.
Then shot handguns until noon on the handgun range.
After lunch we went to the other gun club and shot on the handgun range for about three hours.
Lots of lead downrange today. Filled two big Folgers coffee cans with empty brass in calibers from 9mm, .357Mag, .41Mag, .45Colt, .45AutoRim and .44Mag. No idea how many rounds but I have a lot of brass to separate and tumble this week.
The rifle brass was all steel cased bulk ammo that we wanted to use up...probably a couple hundred rounds of that went into the club recycle bin.
A good day.

I brought a half dozen rifles and a couple pistols and didn’t shoot a single one.
Sighted in a buddy’s rifle and he got a pig last night, put a new top on the shooting bench today and banged the 300 yard steel with another friends 50 BMG, that they beat themselves up with yesterday while I was working.
Not what I had intended exactly but I think everyone had fun and went home safe. Win, win.

Finished load development for my 45acp, shot 100 rounds out of the xds mod 2 and a couple hundred 9mm in the sd9 for extra practice

Probably not exactly what you are talking about but Dove Season opened here on the 1st. I was in the field with my Remington 1100 12 gauge.

The Lady and I made a trip to the outdoor range this afternoon. 91 blazing degrees, bright sun, light wind and 77% humidity made for a short uncomfortable range session. We did manage to test three handguns.
First one was new S&W M&P 9mm Shield I brought for my wife last month. We tested all 10 magazines I have for it with no problems. We were both shooting to the left with it but I will not rule out shooter error as the weather was really beating us both up. I want to make another range trip when the weather is cooler to verify the sights need adjustment before I break out the Allen wrench and hammer.
Second gun was her M&P 9mm 4.25" barrel that I put a Crimson Trace laser on it for a birthday present. We were surprised that the green dot showed up well on the targets at 7 yards. Not happy at all with how shaky we held the gun. I can not say I am favorably impressed with the laser. But, as I said, the heat and humidity was getting to both of us so it was more of a function test as we were both mostly shooting low.
Third gun was my edc Beretta 92FS. I had a G Conversion done a few months ago. It was a test of the function and reliability of the G Conversion that yielded no surprises.
The other purpose of the trip was to shoot up some old 25 year old Cor-Bon and old Winchester Silvertip ammo. I am working on shooting up my Clinton era stash. For the record all of it went bang the first time.
I am especially glad to get rid of the Cor-Bon. I had three different styles of hollow points plus I could tell some of was loaded hotter than the others. The date I had wrote on one of the boxes was 4/94.
So weather made for a short but important unpleasant trip to the range.

My uncle and I had the local range to ourselves for about 5 hours.
Shot my 3 AR's and just put a new PA micro dot on my AR pistol so I got that sighted in. Shot my G17, G19, G43, 10/22 My uncles HK USP 40 (worst trigger), PMR30, FNAR(great gun), DSA FAL(not for me at all).
Targets set up at 25, 50 and 100 yards and pretty much had a blast. One of the best range days I've had in a while and while I dont normally engage in silliness, I've had a D60 mag loaded for years and decided to dump it at the end of the day just for fun and to get my Geissele trigger closer to the 500 round mark, it's the best trigger I have ever pulled. Great for precision and speed.

At our City's fair and rodeo I cooked for our High School AFJROTC cadre for two days, broke camp the third and watched my son march in our local Labor Day parade on the fourth.
I need to go shoot to relax!

My main reactive target is the same, very worn plastic sphere from Academy. The weedeater cord, about 24" long, connects it to a stake in the berm, so that the happy sphere can 'dance' when it is hit.
It was 50 yards away, but most of my shooting is at the 25-yard Action Pistol ranges: both rifles and handguns.

Hello to all, I'm new here. My buddy came over Saturday with his PSA-10 and I built this in .223 Wylde. We spent several hours sending lead downrange. I may not be the best marksman in the world, but the feeling of putting your own gun together and shooting ammo that you loaded is awesome!

After a 3.5 year wait my membership card to the local range came in the mail last week, so I took Thursday afternoon off work to go shoot, pretty much just ranging in new optics on a few newer rifles.
- AR15 with 18" barrel and 1-8x Vortex optic - recently built, haven't shot
- AR15 with 14.5 pinned and welded and Romeo 4h - recently built, haven't shot
- SIG 522 with Romeo 5 (one of my favorite plinking guns, used to have the R4 on it but replaced it with a Romeo 5)
- High Point with a new High Tower bullpull kit and Romeo 5
The day showed me my rifle shooting skills have REALLY fallen. My best group was 3 MOA with a 1-8x Vortex scope out of the AR with a Larue PredatAR 18" barrel at 200 yards, most of my groups were closer to the 4 MOA range (with Federal XM193 ammo) at 100 yards. All taking slow shots off a bench. The good news is the range is 5 minutes from my house so I'll hopefully be able to quickly hone them again. Need to pick up some better ammo too, at least for the scoped AR. I'm curious what it's capable of.

I sure did, Saturday I shot my ruger MPR 556, 18" barrel and a great trigger. Sunday I shot my walther pps m2 9, and my Springfield xd mod 2 45. Today I shot my walther again and my Taurus pt92 and my M&P 40, 2.0 with the 3.6" barrel. All in all a pretty fun weekend.

I shot a little bit of this, and a little bit of that. Took a friend shooting who had been asking about AR-15s so I brought three different kinds for him to shoot. Brought several pistols, a shotgun and a .308 bolt gun. Good time was had by all, and several people admired my "collection that just kept coming" as it was described to me. It was only 4 rifles, 8 pistols, 1 revolver, and a shotgun.......not a whole lot.

Had one of those days about a month ago. No matter what pistol I shot it was horrible. Have seen better groupings from buckshot at 10 yards than what I was doing with my handguns that day.

Same here. I was embarrassed by how I was shooting my glocks at the range the other day. Sometimes when others are around my first 3 or 4 mags are just shameful, something about the pressure of trying to shoot well screws up my mechanics.
When by myself I can impress myself.
I like to do different shooting drills and fine tune my mechanics and streamline every movement possible, ya know, with purpose. My uncle, he just casually pulls his .45 and just kinda lays it right out there one handed beard blowing in the breeze and seems to effortlessly print 8 rounds touching at 50" +/- .
