Anyone have any idea what the firing pin may be for ? I even called Numrich to make sur I ordered it right . They were very nice and said I can return it . It looked the same but 1\4 " smaller . The pistol is 1oo my Dad would have been 100 on Tuesday . I was Lucky enough to have him till he was 90 !

Who’d a thought that a bear would be easier to hole than a 55 gallon steel drum?
I shot the drum twice from about 5’ with Remington factory rnfmj out of a Colt Vest Pocket only to have both bullets bounce off, with the last shot ricocheting into my shin.
Not exactly sold on the lethality of the .25ACP

I'm Happy got the firing pin from Jack First today . Works perfect it about 1/4 " bigger than the one Numrich had . Two shots about 5 yards . First one close to center . Second think I got to excited because it worked .

I owned one of these years ago. I recall that even with the abysmal little sight channel I was able to keep all my rounds into a pie plate sized group at 20 yards.

Perhaps it's for the Baby Browning. The Colt 1908 .25 auto firing pin (upper diagram part 6) also fits the FN Browning 1906 .25 auto and the Browning 1910 .32 and .380. But the later model Baby Browning uses a shorter one (lower diagram part 007).
