Hi all,
Found THR by accident. Like stumbling on a gold nugget.
My name is Jim I live in Ca, for how much longer who knows, been shooting since I was 10 ('70s). I shot competition smallbore and hi power rifle until my late teens. Then shooting got on put on the back burner and real life took over.

Love to shoot all types of firearms, I reload almost all my own ammo. Always in search of more accuracy. Love my single shots just as much as my semi autos.

I have been enjoying all the info THR has to offer. Thanks for having me. See ya at the range.

Hello I’m Kendall, a new member from Tampa Florida. Have lived here most of my life. Used to do a lot of sailing out of Gulfport fl. As far as guns go I own a few Colts especially like 1911 models, some rifles a few shotguns, I go to Nevada several times a year where you can do a lot of shooting in the desert some areas, and then the bright lights of Vegas oh yeah.

I'm Rob from Montevallo Alabama, and joined after searching for some ballistic comparisons and found your site. Retired Navy (submarines) and enjoy hunting animals and targets. Some days I find them... Also just got into reloading and want to learn more.
 
Ok little about me been around looking at different forums thinking when I retire looking this option might be fun . Well hate to say it retired in January just now joining. Ask a question got great response
Have yet to be flamed (that has kept me off most firearm forums) I have about a thimble of gun knowledge (mostly very old stuff or ruger). I have built many guns mostly rifle or black powder. Enough for now hope to learn a lot more.

Dear Folks - I was a member of this board for many years under the name "NeverAVictimAgain". I moved and didn't have net access for a few years..Now,of course, I can't remember my old password. So Administration has given me a new name. It's great to be back.

Old man here from central NC. Retired from the USMC in 1995 and moved a million times it seems like. Took me 3 times to find a good woman who will put up with me so I guess I am a real jerk! Oh well, be kind to me if you can. Looking forward to learning lots here and sharing the very little bit I know!

Hello. Jeepy here. Haven't lurked long; just took a quick look and joined. I'm retired but very active with a part time job and other activities. I own several guns, most notably my favorite and edc (for now) a Springfield Armory Model 1911 "Mil Spec" in 45 acp. Nice to see a nice big forum for us. Also love the look of it very much; nice software here. See you around the topics.
