Have you purchased anything gun related in the last three days?

I finally got to the range and tested the Zenith 9mm 1911 mags in my RIA.

They work just as well as the Wilson mags. I've not found any other 9mm 1911 mags that work in this pistol besides these two. Everything else nosedives on the first round.
And when they are on sale for about $15 they can't be beat.

Obtained a FNH 5.7 couple of days ago, good grief this this holds 20 rds. From the ballistics I have seen this is something else with the green tip hollow points.

The Lady and I had a surprisingly good weekend at the Gun Show.

On Saturday I brought a Wheeler 9 Roll Pin Punch Set which will be useful for building my AR’s. The Lady scored a new purse with a outside pocket for carrying her S&W Shield I got her earlier this year.

Today we went back to the Gun Show. The Lady got a gun rug for her Shield. I scored a couple of surplus ammo cans and a S&W Model 64 with 4” pinned barrel in very good / excellent condition for $340.00 plus sales tax. As a believer in “2 is 1” my Model 10-6 now has a brother.

Even the weather is great today.

Even tripp cobra mags?
Although expen$ive I can't believe they jam it too

Yep, I bought a Ruger mk 4 lite and a Rugged Occulus.
It will be a while before I get to play with my Oculus, but, it's coming, eventually.

At the end of this season I bought a slide catch for my Numrich Auto-Ordnance 1911A1 clone.

Tested the gun this weekend. Now the slide locks open on last shot with all my magazines.
I thought I was having problems with the magazines and put stickers on the bottoms of ones that failed to lock open last shot.
I began to suspect it was the cast OEM slide latch nearing the end of its days after 22 years of my use.

An "actual" Sig P225 (near-pristine, 1987 "JH"), via a buddy --three previous deals with him-- on Armslist TN (an hour away), who saw my WTB Sig P6/P225 ad this week. Typical Kiel proofmark etc.

With Factory green box, test target, manual etc.
Might be my 12th gun deal on Armslist TN; just use common sense + intuition etc.
