I have a .36 like the one on the bottom, it's barrel is same length as yours, about 6 7/8" . Who made that one if I may ask ?
Certainly.
Those are both Piettas.
Both are .44s
The full length is an adjustable sight target model. The shorter one is a Sheriffs model.
The sheriff's model is my favorite cap gun despite the shorter loading lever. It makes it harder to load....but what a fun woods gun/plinker.

My .36 is an old but beautiful Lyman made by euroarms /armi SanPalo it is the original 7/8 the size of the 1858 .44 and it has just under a 6" long barrel like that lower gun looks like it has. It is my most accurate c&b revolver, crazy accurate like 2" groups if I do everything right at 25 yards from a bag, most of the time. Hits a little high right but with the squeeze tube front sight is easy to adjust if I wanted.

Yes. Some folks dont know what they've been missing by not shooting c&b revolvers. I once claimed my uberti '58 was the most accurate handgun that I owned. You can have an afternoon of big bore fun and only fire 35rds!

Nice Remington NMA along with a really fine looking holster and belt set-up to go along with it!

Probably way better than I get out of mine, but I pretty much only shoot steel or hunt with it. Don’t care to see my groups ;) It’s a Pietta and I really wish I could find a picture of it. They sure did a good job

For some reason I have a hard time with the grip. Seems like the gun always moves a bit to the right when the trigger breaks. I’ve found putting my pinky under the grip helps a little. I really need to focus to hit what I’m aiming at.

My Pietta ( Traditions) 1851 colt ( confederate) navy (44 I know it never existed) is the most fun gun to shoot of all that I own. It fits my hand perfectly, and points easily and naturally. I get good groups at 25 yds with 20 grains of Pyrodex P. A lubed wad, and .454 swaged round balls. I use Remington no 11 caps. Always gets favorable attention at the range.
