Reversable Sight Adheasive?
I need to "glue" a rear aperture sight on to a receiver, and then remove it after accuracy testing.
Rifle is a Martini Cadet, in .310 Cadet (basiclly a .32 H&R mag)
Sight is a BSA #7 intended to be installed on the Cadet with 2 screws.
Bottom of sight and rear of receiver match profiles very well.
Rifle generates very little recoil.
I have manufactured ammo using 7.62 Nagant brass, cast and powder coated projectiles, and the little rifle keeps shooting better and better, but I have reached the limit of my older eyes using the standard sights.I started with my reloads shooting ~ 10 moa, and have gotten it down to ~ 2.5 moa, and feel the rifle can shoot even better.
I don't want to drill and tap the receiver and ruin the collector value but have been enjoying the process of bringing this little rifle back to not just operational condition,but back to its full potential.
Can anyone recommend a reversible adhesive for steel?
