Guys, can’t tell ya how happy I am with this Sig P365. Took it out again today for another round at the range and 100 rounds later I’m still excited on how it shoots and handles. Not only does it shoot great, it fits perfectly in my back pocket with a pocket holster. I think my search for the perfect pocket 9 is over.

Can’t wait til I pick up a Hellcat so I can compare the two but for right now I’m perfectly content with the Sig.

I had never even seen a SIG until I picked up a P365 with a safety. I couldn’t leave the store without it.
After 60 years of CCW, I have finally found the ideal gun for me.
Optional 12 round magazine for belt carry and issue 10 rounder for pocket carry.
I have even ordered a custom holster for it.
Never done that before.
Add a Hogue grip sleeve and you won't believe the difference.
Oh yeah, it shoots right where I point it.
It does it‘a part if I do mine.

I'm torn between a Hellcat and a Sig 365. The Sig has a better trigger but the hellcat is almost the exact same size and dimension as my Shield and I can't make up my mind.
I like the sights on the Hellcat better but that 365' s smaller size and oh that trigger is making it impossible for me to just go buy a Hellcat.

I need to do some range time with each before I'll be able to decide. I envy the LennyJoe and the rest of you, that his choice was clear.

Tried a P365 recently and the trigger reminded me of the one on my SIG Trailside; very light and clean! Almost too light and clean though. Think I would opt for one with the thumb safety.

I really like mine too. I don't mind the lack of a safety on most striker fired pistols, but the trigger is light enough on this that I consider it an asset. I don't pocket carry, but it is easy to carry IWB with the 10 round mags and OWB with 12 round mags.

Don't forget the 15 Rounder for the reload.

I fondled one in the LGS and also thought the trigger was too light for pocket carry without a safety. So I ordered one with a safety.

I got it home and the trigger felt as light as my M&P40c, which is around 4.5 lbs. Got out the trigger pull gauge and was surprised at the results; almost 6.5 lbs.

Two middle aged friends who are highly-experienced with guns carry a Polish P64 in their pockets.

They simply want a really small, durable and ultra-reliable handgun.
That 365 looks like a very good option for other people who are undecided, or unfamiliar.

I’ve looked at the 365 and might get one at some point but I carry a Ruger LC9S. The size of the Sig is virtually identical and the weight of the Ruger is slightly less. And while the 10 round capacity in such a small gun is revolutionary, it does add more weight and for carry weight is everything. A fully loaded 365 is like 4 ounces more than a fully loaded LC9S. In the unlikely event I fire a weapon in self defense, if 8 rounds don’t do it then I doubt 11 will. And I have yet to feel a lighter trigger on a striker fired weapon then the LC9S. I do like the night sights on the Sig, though. But I can add them to my Ruger and still spend less then the Sig.

Congrats on the new pipsqueak!

I joined the club and picked up a new P365 yesterday. After carrying compact and full-size pistols for the past year I decided I needed something more concealable for the summer. After renting a P365 and 43x at the range I was most impressed by the Sig. It shoots like a larger pistol but fits in a large pocket, and I don't have to make any changes to its configuration out of the box. I opted for the non-safety version mostly because it was the last P365 they had in stock. I specifically wanted to do IWB/AIWB with this so a high-quality holster is an absolute necessity.
