I want to add a secondary LNL case activated powder measure for rifle (223). Been switching the rotor, just a PIA. However after searching around I can only find parts, i.e. buy lower linkage parts and then buy powder measure. Any one have experience buying a full case activated P/M setup? Have not contacted Hornady yet, just wondering. Thanks!

That’s a pretty good deal. I had to buy a powder measure with a rifle rotor then buy a pistol rotor and then the linkage. Was a lot more than what they want.

Here is a list of common spares that LNL AP owners should have on hand. If one these breaks sure Hornady will replace it, but if you have a spare you can get back to work.

The Pawl I learned the hard way, back up in my tool box. Didn't think about the springs, good suggestion.

Why are you switching the rotor? You can easily remove the insert.
Because I have it primarily set up for pistol, i.e. pistol rotor. The two inserts have different sized stems, therefore require different rotors.

I solved that issue by buying a 2nd LNL when Midsouth had them on sale around New Years.
Also, I've had the spring anchor on the primer slide come loose and throw the machine off. I took the slide out and used a center punch to stake the anchor in place. So far, so good.
