I have a wonderful 5.5 Redhawk 44 magnum that is blued and manf in 1990. I love this weapon. It handles everything I load for it. Accurate , reliable and beautiful looking. Any Redhawk owners agree?
A Redhawk has been number two or three on my "to buy," list for a long time now. I keep never getting around to it, though, as something else keeps creeping in at #1.
I love my redhawk, about the same vintage as yours but SS and 7.5". My 14yr old daughter has claimed it as hers, so I am thinking about a 5.5 as well. Wish I could find one blued like yours when I had money handy...
Nice! Don't see too many blued ones! My brother had a stainless model with a 5 1/2" when he lived in Alaska and it had a great feel and balance to it with that barrel length.
Nightlord40k,
Clearly we are gentlemen of similar refined taste. I have the same model and love the thing. I traded a little cash and a manual typewriter for it. (Yes, the typewriter was a Remington.) If there were atomic powdered 357 cartridges this thing could probably handle them. The joke is it is superbly accurate with 38 special WC loads.
