I decided I wanted to try a red dot sight on one of my MKIV,s. I enjoy shooting with open sights but my son just purchased a MKIV lite and said he was going to put a red dot on it. I didn't want to spend a lot on money so after reading some reviews I purchased a Feyachi RS-29 reflex sight. Cost was $40 bucks. I mounted it on my MKIV 22/45 Lite. Took it to the range the other day and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with the clarity of the red dot and the quality of it. Shot 300+ rds and it held zero. The dot was precise and crystal clear. If your looking for an inexpensive red dot sight you will not go wrong with this one.

I've got a cheap (ADE iirc) on a 10mm glock that has held up fine. That's a rough life too. Lol. Not an SD gun but I do hunt with it.

I Also have a couple cheap "phase line" red dot scopes on some 22 rifles that have been good.

I think the quality of cheap electronics are getting better. Ill not use them for anything that matters but for range use ive seen some pretty impressive ones.

I have a MK IV 22/45 target and I put a Bushnell TRS 25 on mine. It has worked well for me for over a year now. I shoot mostly at indoor ranges and the light is usually not to good in the lanes and for me it made it hard to see the front sight but with the red dot it changed how I shoot just put the dot on target and carefully pull the trigger and you are good to go. I have a Vortex Venom on a Glock 19 and it works well on it too.

I have a couple TRS 25’s on AR’s, they really have been a good deal for the money (I paid just under 50 bucks for each on sale).

Stay safe.
I have two more on a couple Ruger MK's they are a good value for the money. Only thing I don't like is they are a little big physically for a pistol but they get the job done.

Stay safe and shoot straight.

I bought 2 units that look exactly like yours. One was very good, the other POS sits in a box. It's a roll of the dice with that Chinese garbage.
There are a lot of red dots that look exactly like the Feyachi RS-29 reflex sight. Probably one company makes them all and just puts different names on them. A friend I shoot with has one and it has worked ok for him. Not much recoil an a Ruger MK and the slide does not go back and forth so pretty easy on even the cheaper red dot sights. Good thing about the Vortex sights they have a 100% no question warranty fix or replace for ever. They do cost a little more though.

i purchased the Feyachi RS-29 on a whim. Just wanted to try one out to see how I liked it. I figured at $40 I wasn't taking a big risk. I like shooting with open sights best, but just wanted to try something different. I shoot approximately 1000 rds of 22 a week, through 3 MKIV's and a SR22. I just purchased a spare MKIV 5.5 in barrel from Voltquartsen and will probably put a TRS25 on that one. I figured that the longer barrel would absorb the larger red dot a little better and give me a bit of variety that will now allow me to have a 5.5 in with open sights and one with a red dot. Variety is the spice of life, right?
