A4883 would require firearm transfers between immediate family members go through an FFL

A5030 would make firearm purchaser cards valid for 4 years and would require proof of training. It would also require an heir to get certification from the local chief law enforcement officer before taking possession of a firearm

A5031 would impose a 2.5% tax on firearm sales and a 10% tax on ammunition sales

S3103 would require the seizure of ammunition, firearm accessory, or firearm component from anyone under a domestic abuse restraining order

S3105 would require family members and victims to be notified when a person's firearms are being returned after a restraining order or extreme risk protection order has expired

EXACTLY 12 Bravo .. anyone that sits back and says 'oh they will never pass' is a fool. in our home state of 'PA" we have seen many do the same thing and they got their asses handed to them when the bill passed.

Never and I mean NEVER 'assume' a bill wont pass, the second you do is the second the gun grabbers win
