New Glock44 & Chris Reeves Sebenza w/ polished S35VN blade & Micarta inlays.

I didn't realize we had so many knife guys on the forum. I'm a strong believer that one needs a good quality cutting tool and you just can't get good performance out of a $5 knife. I hate the lil hardware store specials that I see some carrying but I'm also a believer in to each his own too. No $5 knife specials for me. Not to sound snobby. IMG_20200924_222906.jpg

That folder is awesome!

My former roommate was buddies with the Strider crew, we went down to their shop/facility in SoCal near the USMC base at Camp Pendleton a few times to see their latest and talk with Mick and Duane and the others. This was back when all they marketed were the fixed blade ATS-34 brutes with the paracord wraps, long before they got into folders and all the hoopla about Mick Strider began.

The Strider knives I handled are awesome tools that’ll last at least two lifetimes if not dropped in a deep lake and lost .

Stay safe.

Only reason I don't have a Strider in my hand right now. I'm not a vet but even still, the forums I belonged to long ago had plenty of "hoopla". I know you have to take what you read with a grain of salt but usually when there is ALOT of smoke, there's usually a lil fire. But, if you got a good one, you got a good one.
