Received an email from Walther saying they are going to announce a new pistol this February. I’m wondering if it’s going to be another variation of the PPQ, or maybe it will be something even more interesting like a SIG P365/Springfield Hellcat competitor. Anyone heard any rumors or up for some speculation? 45FE3CFA-D39E-490E-AB63-A8AC295C2C84.png

I'm seconding the doublestack PPS, given the success of the P365 and Hellcat. That being said I'd love a 10mm PPQ with a 4 inch barrel for woods carry.

Walther doesn't seem to keep up with the market . I like their guns, they're top notch and very good but their marketing is weak. If I had to guess, I'd say itll
be a something I won't care about in 9mm punybellum

Agree, seems most likely.

Amusing, considering CCW 9mms ARE the gun market right now.

Hum pps in 380 would he cool too. I know not popular but grows on me.

Whatever it is I just hope it is made in Germany and keeps same quality as ppq and pps.

I also think that Walther could stand adding a competitor for P365. In fact, PPS itself raises questions with me. It is absurdly tall for what it is. Even Glock did better with G43, and they didn't try very hard. If Walther could only rework the designof PPS so it's not as stupidly tall, and added a semi-staggered magazine option, if would be really something (as long as it's not made in the Umarex factory :)).

But unfortunately, the empty holster in the picture is much too large for this. So it's either yet another variant of PPQ (a 10 mm perhaps), or the PPX Gen 3 (I consider Creed to be PPX Gen 2).

Guy in the photo is wearing an empty holster that seems to fit a medium sized pistol with glass on it.

Mags on the waist look like medium or full sized double stack pistol. Holster appears to be built for a medium or full size pistol with some sort of slide mounted optic. My guess, it’s a coffee cup with a fancy ploy to make people guess.
