For those that have upgraded from a standard unit, was it worth the investment? It would be mainly used for .22LR comparisons but also pistol/rifle center fire.

This is exactly why I want one. I shoot at an indoor range a lot and getting data would be nice...I’ve had mine for several years and it has been great. Plus if you do any indoor shooting its the only one that I know that will work unless your range lets you setup in front of firing line.

The LabRadar iOS app is configurable for either metric or english units, grains or grams, ft-lbs or joules. So the app only displays metric data?
How do I change from Metric to Imperial on the phone? I'm on the latest Firmware on the unit. The LabRadar iOS app is configurable for either metric or english units, grains or grams, ft-lbs or joules.

It works very well for indoors where I do 90% of my shooting. The app could use some workThis is exactly why I want one. I shoot at an indoor range a lot and getting data would be nice...
thank you...I knew the rest besides how to set the settings...got it now...thank you very much. The app is configurable as @Rich Phelan noted. I’m on an iPhone and you need to swipe in from the left hand side to get a settings link. You can then set the app settings as well as the LabRadar settings if connected to a unit. I’ve found the app disconnects from the LabRadar at various times (Bluetooth), but you can always reconnect and no data is lost. I find the app easier to create a new string and “ARM” the device than using the on device interface. I always use an SD card so the data is preserved on the card and then transfer that to my computer. You can’t specify string IDs or add notes. There are a few other bugs that aren’t fatal but would be nice if fixed. The app is workable, it just needs another revision with updates.
