I've been known to be able to go without food for a couple hours, mebbe three so no food at the reloading bench. Occasionally I'll have a sip of water out of my water bottle, but it is within reach. I've been reloading for a long time and have experienced results of being distracted; one squib because for some reason I forgot to put powder in the case. And one time I had some extra hot 357 Magnum loads that were .5 gr over max with True Blue. Distracted when setting scale? But I did learn and in the last 20+ years have been paying extra attention to what I was doing in the shop, no visitors, no TV, no food, only low, cool Do Wop music as background noise...
