Curious what their real shipping time is. Their information sheet says 48 weeks for dies, but they seem to be a lot quicker than that. I bought some rifle dies about 3 months ago from them, they shipped in a month. I'm in no rush, backordered 4 pistol calibers that I need a 2nd set of dies for, just curious if any of you have first hand knowledge of their current turn around.

Ordered 10mm and 45 dies in January. Still waiting on 10mm

That said, they told me ~16 weeks on a 750 and I got it in under 2

I ordered a .223 sizing die a few months ago. It was back-ordered... showed up a few weeks later.

The 9mm die set that was part of my XL750 kit was ordered in November of 2020... it is still on back-order.

I ordered several items within the last year. They ship immediately, as soon as items are in stock. The items that were backordered were shipped free in a follow-up package.

Looks like they are under promising and over delivering! Good on them.

Only 48 weeks? Pretty much a year.
Speedy!:):what:

Not sure if was supposed to be 4 TO 8 weeks??
That makes sense .

On a different but similar note. I ordered a couple of AR 15 trigger groups from Midway on Monday. They were shipped (free ;)) within two hours and in my mailbox on Thursday :). Not quite Amazon Prime, but pretty close.

Stay safe.

Midway has always had fast "NITRO" shipping despite what some posters whine about. Been buying stuff from them for a long time.

I had to send a gun back to Ruger, 2 day FedEX (free)

Acme Bullets order arrived a few days after I placed the order.

All the shipping companies (USPS, UPS FedEX ) are doing a good job considering all the chaos in the World!

I ordered 308 3 die steel set from Dillon received them in about 10 days. I like carbide dies but they were backorder. Steel dies were in stock so got them instead. Check the backorder status when ordering.

Depends on what you want. Their backorder is in sizing dies. You can find a lot of their seating and crimp dies on their site if you can find a sizing die, you're set.

I ordered a set of .40 S&W dies in january ,still have not got them and it is first of october now ,called them up they said maybe in a few more months ,yea right

My advice :
If the site shows "BACKORDERED".....
Wait until the site shows "IN STOCK" to order.......

This coming from the guy who jumped on the NFT presale.......

I called Dillon to get a set of .380 dies for my Square Deal. They told me honestly, the wait would be over a year. The hold up is for the carbide sizing die. They told me this was an honest answer, I could order it now, but realistically I need to plan on the long wait. I was wondering why eBay has Dillon item listed at more than their MSRP. You can avoid the wait if someone has it in stock.
