Took a little road trip to Michigan’s upper peninsula the other weekend and made a stop at Rapid River Knifeworks. What a great discussion! My wife wasn’t to impressed about the idea, but after we got in the showroom she seemed pretty excited. Great place, great people and great product made in the U.S.A. If you ever get in the area stop in! We’ll be back later in the year with a idea for a custom knife. Awesome showroom. MI has some great knife makers. Bark River, Rapid River, the old Marbles. Ron LeClair makes some nice ones too.

I see them mentioned on the u.p outdoor show I watch on youtube, very nice show wish N.Y. Had a row like that.

What were some of the prices
Some + or - $150 others $220+ and spotted one at $1200 ( the one pictured with the red & tan handle, mammoth tooth handle I think) They have a good web site with prices.

Hess is another one. Reasonable prices too! I have a couple Bark Rivers and Gladstone Marbles, really like the U.P. Knife makers.
