I’m interested to know myself. Interesting. I’ll venture a guess. Brass shotshell resizer.
Universal decapping die. Don't know whose it is; it's not RCBS.
12 gauge roll crimp?
i doesn’t seem to have a way to hold a decapping pin in place
Looks like a crimp die for hulls that use cardboard cards to hold in shot.
Only thing I know of close to that size would be the 50bmg dies made for Lee presses with the size adapter. Doesn’t look like that though. Do you by chance have a set of thread pitch gauges so we could nail it down a bit better?
That hole in the top isn't threaded?
Roll crimp die would have to be my guess, then.

The die is a Hollywood 12 Gauge final crimp die. The dies are used in the
Hollywood Universal 12 station turret press, or any press that will take
1 1/2 x 12 thp dies.
I've got a Lee Challenger press too. Had it for decades. It's the old style, that sits off at an angle.I thought everyone had a rockchucker, except me. I am making do with a lee challenger.

I don't use it as a primary single stage anymore, I have a Lee Classic Cast for that. But, I do still use it.
The Lee Challenger press will do everything that needs to be done for probably 95% of the reloaders out there.

Double check your press. My Lee Classic Cast single stage has a threaded reducer installed from the factory. It reduces the threaded hole down to the standard 7/8x14. What size the larger hole is I don't know; it's whatever the 50 BMG dies use.I have a Lee classic cast so the die doesn’t fit. I have been looking for a reason to buy a new press. Maybe I’ll get an rcbs ammomaster
