There is the Daewoo DP51. Wood grips, hmm, I'm sure there is some custom ones out there.

Mine is in the vault, but it has a holster like that and about the same condition. As I get older I will likely sell it. The gun and a holster about in '71 cost me about $55 at a gun show.

I suspect about any clean version of a Hi Power or SIG 210 would fit most of your criteria.

For all metal 9mm’s I really like a 1911 pattern, Beretta 92 series, or Hi Power.
1911 is my personal favorite in 45 caliber and I really enjoy my Berettas in 9mm. My 92’s aren’t blued, but I think they’d look nice with wood grips.

The stainless Beretta 92 pistols are nice as are the stainless CZ metal-framed pistols. I'm specifying stainless because their non-stainless finishes seem, in my opinion, to lean more towards the durable/functional than the aesthetic.
Another option that isn't commonly brought up is the full-sized, metal-framed Kahr pistols. Most people think about their small, lightweight guns, but they also make some full-sized pistols. They are all single-stack though.
Walther is making steel-framed versions of some of their polymer-framed pistols these days.
