Can't. I am not coordinated well enough to press a camera shutter and pull a trigger at the same time plus my left arm is not long enough to be where it needs to be to get the full effect. :D I usually go to the range alone so help isn't available.

Set your phone to video and then you can edit your video and choose pictures frame by frame.

Why bother? There are a ton of fireball pictures on the internet. Just look at this thread. It would just one more of the same 'ol thing. I go to shoot, not provide entertainment for others. I also have more enjoyable things (to me) to do than editing photos.

The picture just above this post shows the exact same thing I get from my RIA XTM 22 mag.

While I don't have a pic of a fireball coming out of my .50 bmg, I was looking for one of the best. It's been years but Skip Talbot had one of the most amazing.

The fireball looked like it was 5ft wide and 10ft long. Tried to find it but found a great story about him. The thing that makes the story even more amazing is that it's in the New York Times magazine!

No photos but my 22 WMR Kel-Tec PMR30 throws out a pretty impressive fireball.

Biggest fireball was firing the 165mm main gun on a M728 CEV. The 165mm main gun is very short without any type of muzzle break.
