That .38 Special is listed as a Stinger, so no way it would also have the .357, not on the Stinger frame.

It shows a .38 special Stinger in Stainless. I think you could pull off a .357 Stainless Steel Stinger. Don't think it appears to be offered though. And, given the atrocious recoil of the Roughneck .357, I wouldn't advise it.

It also shows above several .22 Stingers and BAs on the way.

Problem with any heavy recoiling load, I think, is that the Stinger does not have the much more substantial barrel support of their standard Derringer, so I think they will not get too wild with the Stinger, even in stainless. Interesting that the Stinger has a longer, and non-removable trigger guard.

I stopped by a small gun shop near my house at lunch. They had a roughneck then maybe 4 polished stainless classic Bond Arms, and one 9mm stinger. I was actually tempted to buy their used Keltec P32 :eek:

I recently started carrying the Kel Tec P32 as a BUG. I am not allowed to carry at work so have to leave my gun in the car in Detroit. I took only the Kel Tec because I figured if my gun is stolen from the car, rather it be a plastic gun, not my J-frame. Thankfully, I only go in once day a week at this time.

They were asking $250 for it. I’ve been wanting one for a while. I know if I got one and it was reliable it would be a frequent carry. My current is a S&W Bodyguard .380.

$250 is what I paid for my used P32. It came with the box, case, trigger lock, all the original stuff. The GS has one that is well used for $125 but it looked rather beat to me, so I passed on it as a back up back up P32.

Worth it for the price? I never see them in store. Last one I saw was $300 new. Also, I like having beater guns that work for the same reason you mentioned. My Bodyguard .380 is a quality gun, but I got it used for $215 and if it got lost or stolen I wouldn't despair. My Beretta Tomcat I got used for $225 however, I don't want to beat up more by carrying all the time and I'll never be able to replace it for that price again.

I've had one for probably 15 years. I had a P3AT also but gave it to my son years ago. The only issue with any .32 auto is the possibility of rim lock if using hollow points if you don't have the proper mag inserts. That's not an issue for me as I only use hardball in mini calibers. (see my sig line)
The Kel-Tecs are great guns. Ruger only copies the best. :D

I thought the new ones went for more than $300. I think the Kel Tec P32 is worth it for the $250 used in good condition. Yeah, I don't want to lose my Tomcat, paid $450 for it.

When I bought the P32 I could have had a used Ruger LCP .380 for about the same price. But I was really looking for a .32 and didn't want to have to stock another ammo size. However, the LCP is not much bigger than the P32 so would be a decent carry gun.

I specifically want the P32s. Heard they are good for modern carry .32s, with the few options out there. I agree with carrying ball in .32. I have some hollow points that probably wouldn't even open anyways out of a pocket pistol. Have a fair amount of ball tho.

I had an LCP I, new production, that turned out to be hot garbage. It was a jammomatic. Covid, new factory, etc. However, I'm aware the Max may be a good buy. I also wouldn't mind an LCP II in .22 LR, although there are some bad reports. I sold the LCP and bought my Bodyguard .380. I like it a lot more. Like 5% bigger than an LCP.

I'd like a carry .32 that isn't my Tomcat. But, do I realllyyy need one? Lol. My .380 fills the role for the most part. Works fine. Small enough to carry anywhere. See pic above.

Interesting that Bond Arms does not recommend snap caps, but rather says to use spent casings to dry fire (not to dry fire at all for .22s). Never dry fire with the safety on, as it can damage the gun if done repeatedly. They also have ammo restrictions, saying not to use .454 Casull, +P rounds, Corbon, foreign ammo, or Herter's Brand .357 Mag ammo.

Meh, i wouldn't worry about the foreign ammo or Herters. Overly powerful rounds? Perhaps. But why not Corbon but yes to Buffalo Bore/Underwood? Those are just as hot or more.
