Put a red dot on my 2300T using a riser I already had. Looks a little top heavy but I can still use the iron sights if need be. The target is my sighting in target beginning with the 1st hit at 6oclock followed by my adjustments. Shot at basement range[9 yards] with Crosman 7.4 Wadcutters.

Can’t argue with results. :).

How loud is that 2300T?

I have one as well and they are great little guns, the loud question.....

In your basement or garage it is not bad, if in the back yard in the city, I would say people might hear it depending on other noise, quiet area yea people are going to know. If it is a no no in your area I would keep it inside. But it is not what I could call loud.

With the dot mounted so high, you're only realistically going to be able to zero it for one distance. That's quite a Franken-mount. :p

Your results are hard to argue with, though!
