My 7mm mag shoots wolf gold better than any others, .5 - 1 moa. I'm trying to find out what kind of bullets they load them with. Any body know?

Wolf Gold is made in Yugoslavia by Privi Partizan I believe.

So they are made from Unobtainium.

But, just about any good U.S. made bullet should shoot as well or better if you work up a load for them.

rc

not so fast

actually you can in fact buy privi partisan component bullets from Grafs.com

The prices are great and they shot very well in my rifles, What weight are we discussing?

Muley, I think you are using the Wolf Gold 160gr soft point, am I correct?
Prvi & Wolf Gold are manufactured in the same plant as rcmodel mentioned.

Graf & Son does carry some Prvi-Partizan reloading bullets but as has been the norm of late, they are out of stock on most everything.
They don't carry that particular 7MM 160gr bullet so far.
I have purchased a couple hundred Prvi 139gr 6.5MM bullets from Graf.
There are several good 160gr 7MM bullets from U.S. manufacturers to try.

And krochus beat me to it. lol

Thanks fellas

I guess that explains why my tikka varmint .308 shoots prvi ammo well.
As for the 7 mag. I find it hard to work up a reason to load for it just yet when it shoots wolf gold ammo (160 gr spbt) consistently sub moa up to 300 yards,,,,,I haven't gotten around to longer distance yet.

I've shot remington sirocos and hornady sst and interlock, the rem groups were as bad as our new government, and the hornady groups were just not good enough for me. I'm hard to satisfy on the range....

I load speer 165 spbt for my .308 with incredibly accurate results, I thought that just maybe the bullets in the wolf gold were by chance Speer.
