I dunno, I've always been fond of Taurus and the gold highlight guns. I like the black on gold and the nickle/satin/pearl on gold too. Maybe I'm wierd though. Taurus makes several models just like that as well as black gun with gold accents, go look at their webpage.

I think they're tastefully "pimpish."

I don't think the Taurus looks too bad. But I don't see why you would want it in .38 Super unless you lived in Mexico.

I actually bought one of those Taurus pistols. Figured if I was going to call myself a collector of guns I had to have at least one pimp gun in there somewhere..

Taurus likes Pimp/Bling guns

Quack, I kinda like the top one. Be even better if the gold accents were silver. Be a good choice for the fancy dress and sky high heels nights.

If a chick wearing a fancy dress and sky high heels pulled one of those on me I'd probably be too busy drooling to fear for my life.

I hate to admit this, but the Taurus Judge I purchased recently is one of the dark blued models with gold accents. It's most attractive. I was at a shop today and because of this thread i spent a lot of time checking out the Taurus lines of pimp guns. They do a 'bang-up' job on most of them. They look pretty darned nice.

Two things:

I'd love to see an LEO use a blinged-up Taurus as a duty gun .

I'd love to see the look on the bad guys' faces when the LEO uses it on duty

The Taurus guns look good to me. Little blingy, but not unattractive. The all gold guns make me ill, though. Anybody remember the twin gold 1911's wielded by Castor Troy in the movie Face Off?

That factory-gold-plated 10th Anniversary Lorcin .380 cost me $125.95 delivered, wholesale, back in my FFL days (again, bought on a dare ).

I sold it for more than twice that, but discretion prevents me from saying anything at all about the demographics, dress, or demeanor of the end-purchaser...

One of the dealers here in Vegas carries a fairly large selection of the Taurus pimp guns and has trouble keeping them in stock.

Well, high high heels and fancy dress equals no ability to run for me, so that's when I'd be most likely to need a gun.
