I've wanted to use my cartooning skills "formally" for quite a while, and I've decided to post cartoons on www.ultimatereloader.com

In this comic, our friend "Reloader Rick" and his friends will have fun with the "color wars" (blue press -vs- red press, etc) as well as get into plenty of trouble.

I'll post some here, and you can also subscribe to my blog to get updates automatically.

Let me know what you think!

You're a pretty good cartoonist, I'd say. I got a small chuckle out of this comic.

I can see him getting into arguments about the infamous Lee Factory Crimp die, too. He looks the type anyway. Can't wait to see more.

I like it. I've always appreciated your videos, so I look forward to seeing more.

LOL. That'll be almost as fun as the rabid, zealous and overbearing Dillon fans vs. the inferiority-complex Lee fans :D

I don't like it. But, that is just me--i.e., I consider most cartoon work (short of classic editorial work, from two generations ago--e.g., Walt Kelly, Oliphant) to be silly.

I suspect there are others who feel this way, too--so all I am doing here is giving you a heads up about another segment of your audience.

Rick is left handed, but sights with his right eye!

Which hand does he use to pull the handle on his red press?

I like it. Get a copyright or whatever is needed and run with it. You could do cool things with this.
Copyright is by default. I'm actually infringing copyright by quoting you (hope you don't mind :D)...so obviously there are some problems with copyright law in the digital world.

I often use creative commons licensing myself. Actually now that I think about it this is essentially the tacit license on a forum.

Back to Rick, I'm told he swears by his Lee Perfect PM.

Poor Rick. He holds the gun with a right hand grip, but uses the trigger finger of his left hand. He also appears to be cross-eyed. Wonder how long it will be before his barrel starts sagging?

And I thought everyone knew that cartoon characters only had 3 fingers and a thumb. Weren't you supposed to have learned that in kindergarten?

To be a real reloader Rick needs a bit more around the middle and some stubble. Maybe if he used a big scope his bullet would go farther! But then he would have a round cut in his forehead.

Keep poor Rick reloading. I can see that he will have a blazing future!
