I already owned the S&W 642 (well actually it's my wife's gun) So I had to get one of my own, and just bought a Walther PPS .40. I really like the gun, but my first choice was a Colt New Agent .45... WELL..... Why not get them both?!? I had to order the Colt, evidently they are hard to get. (except on gunbroker at inflated prices) Should have it in about 4 to 6 weeks. In the mean time the Walther seems to be a fine gun. It came with about a quart of oil in it, so after a good cleaning, I'm off to the range. A guy standing next to me watching my whole buying and trying process bought one too. I came real close to picking up a used Aluminum Kimber Ultra carry II .45 with Crimson trace grips for $800.00. The Colt was $849.00 and the PPS went for $599.99. I couldn't get all 3 so I left the poor Kimber homeless. I don't think it will be homeless long...it looked NIB to me, but the tag said used. Anyway, now I have to spend money on a holster for the PPS. Any ideas? (I have a pocket holster for my....uh.. I mean my wife's 642) I don't think she will let me borrow it anymore, especially when she finds out I just shelled out close to $1,600.00 on my GFL. That's what we have here in Georgia which passes (poorly) for a CCW.
