I hate NY... so I moved to Texas!
Can anyone recommend a good metal target system that can be used for a .22? I'm looking for something with arms on it that swing back when they're hit, but that's not all that important.

I have one similar to this. I think I paid $20-25 for it at basspro, and it has held up to 3k+ rounds. I have seen the model that you are looking for at the same outlet; I think they wanted closer to $40.
If you wanna do it on the cheap, some bar stock bent into the shape of a long roofing staple, with the ends ground to a point for easy mounting, and some coathanger wire looped and hanging about 6", will afix soda cans for cheap shooting.

HA! I read the title to this thread and the first thing that popped into my head is the thread on Somalian pirates!

I'm a baaad boy!

rm23: I have had many and this one works

Steel Targets:

I have had many, some work, most don't.

Some (do-all) targets have springs and bolts to adjust tension but only make something simple more complex.
The bolts fall out, strip out, etc.
Some of the "resetting" targets don't reset, but the dueling tree I have uses cams that never need adjustment, etc.

A dueling tree like this is great fun, whether shooting alone or a duel with someone else.

I did spend some time filing off the burrs to make it perform better.

Here's a couple of links the the EXACT target I have:

I'm saving up to get a center fire target from the same company.
