Does anyone carry a fullsize or compact with the factory + baseplate? Does it print? How is the reliability? Can you really get two more cartridges in the .40 mags?

I actually prefer the +1 Pearce mag base extension on my Glock 27 over the factory. It matches the factory finish exactly and I have not had any problem with it "popping off". If you are having problems removing the base, use a flat screwdriver to release the factory mag baseplate and slide in the Pearce mag base. Part # PG-2733 adds one round of 40S&W. Part # PG-39 adds two rounds of 40S&W.

I've carried my G27 with the pearce +1. It actually gives your pinky somewhere to go, which is kind of helpful on a subcompact .40.

So no one uses one on a fullsize or compact?
I don't see much point in using them on the larger Glocks since standard Glock magazines are already on the high end of the ammo capacity scale. The only reason to use them on the sub-compacts is to add a little length to the grip. The extra capacity is more of just a bonus.
