Yeah, just hit them and you should be just fine. I have always liked the noslers and vmax.

125 gr BT sitting on Varget is a hot load that shoots well. I hit crows a +300 yds with this round. I've also had great results on deer and coyote. I think it's leaving the rifle at around 3400 fps.

Never used the v-max in 30 cal, but a 155 gr A-Max is great in 300wm.

I guess I'am looking at this from the fur buyer side of the counter, and not from the shooter side. If you don't have the money for another rifle but enough for a box of each of your choices of bullets, go for the bullets. You won't know unless you try each one. WOW, a .300 Win. Mag. for yotes? Shoot'em and leave'em lay.

Either the Hornady V-Max or Nosler BT conventional varmint bullets will be safer in populated areas then the solid copper Barnes bullet.

It will not self-distruct when it hits the coyote or the ground, and will go zinging off to parts unknown.

You might want to consider some .223 bullets with sabots.

I use the 125gr sierra SP loaded to around 3400fps. Easy on the shoulder and can take a deer if needed. I've busted Yotes at 600+ and deer to 300+. The 125gr BT's do not shoot well for me, but the SST's and AMAXs are great. The .308 125gr BT's start to come apart in flight above 3400-3500fps. The targets usually look like you shot a .22lr about 4" to 8" below POA and half a load of .410 #7 1/2s all over the target. I would not want to shoot a deer closer than 100 yards with any of these light .300WM loads either, base on what I've seen from the wound channels.

Dear friends, it doesn't really matter what 300 Win. Mag. bullet you use as long as it's accurate.
