Someone I am very close to snapped this shot (prior to the boating accident) when cleaning & organizing his safe. Not that any of these should really be stumpers, but with the small, poor pics, I am anxoius to see how long it takes to get an accurate 28. Starting the timer.......NOW-------

G33 maybe?
Ruger 22/45
Ruger Single Six? - not too good with wheelguns.
Kel-tec PF9
Some S&W? Again, not too good with wheelguns...
92FS
CZ75

I'm not nearly experienced enough to take a whack at the long guns.
How'd I do?

First of all, the boating accident myth fools nobody.
Nobody takes more than one into a boat anyway.

The SKS is the extremely common Yugo with the useless grenade launcher, and the "AK clone" looks too nice to be a common WASR.

I read somewhere that putting a scope on a handgun is like painting a mustach on the Mona Lisa. I tend to agree with this quote.

Cool! A Stevens "Crack Shot 26". That was my very first real .22, salvaged from my grandparents' attic when I was about 10 years old.

I don't think the AK is a WASR 10. It has a milled receiver and looks too high-quality to be a WASR.

Correct. Not a WASR; it is a milled "Polish" 1960, which is to say it was made in the USA from a hodgepodge of leftover parts from who knows where. Green Mountain Barrel, Ironwood furniture (because AK's are supposed to be pretty), and an Aimpoint 9100 on an Ultimak mount. Tapco G2, buffer, Great shooter, or so I have been led to believe.

Yep. That crack-shot .22 was given to me by my grandfather the day before he passed. I was 13. He traded a greyhound for it when he was a young man; got it from a guy that had worked a slaughterhouse. no telling how many cows were dropped with that little .22. It lacked a front sight, so my grandfather worked some magic to affix a half-penny that he then filed to the existing front sight.

One of my...Friends most prized possessions.
