Does 9mm Glock brass have this bulge? The reason I ask is using my Dillon 650 and some brass I know came out of a Glock (wife's). I still have no problems with gagging the finished rounds? Fit and shoot fine out of my 1911.

Yes, the chamber is such that it does not provide as much support in that area. The sizing die will straighten it out.

My glock 34 gen 3 has a really tight chamber ... in fact its the most thight chambered pistol i ever had ... no BS ... in 9mm they have plenty of support ...

This

In 9mm glocks are no harder on brass than any other make of automatic

I have a G36 (subcompact 45acp) and I'm not having any issues with bulged brass...my reloads are on the warm side (either 6 grains of Unique or 7 grains of Power Pistol under a 230 grain XTP)

45acp pressures are low, but the grass is thin too....still no problems though.

If it were a 10mm or a 40, things may be different.

Does anyone actually believe that the Founders were sitting around in John Adams' tavern UNARMED because they believed a bar should be a gun free zone?

ummmm, maybe that was SAM Adams? President John Adams' second cousin? John Adams was a lawyer, and as far as I know, never owned a tavern.

and actually, Sam Adams' family were 'maltsters' -- provided the malt to brew beer -- but were not actually brewers. Perhaps it is their 'malt house' to which you refer?

just sayin'

My Gen3 9mm Glock chamber is tight and on par with Lone Wolf both in dimension and case base support at the ramp area. Spent cases out of either barrels do not bulge and I run most of my 9mm loads near max load data out of Glock barrels.

Gen3 40S&W Glock chambers have improved case base support at the ramp area but still are more generous and have less case base support than LW barrels. Spent cases will bulge in Glock chambers if hot enough loads are used. LW 40S&W barrels do not bulge the case regardless of the charge.

Here one of the most problematic pistols with this issue are the tanfoglio combat (which are fearly common to see in the range) THOSE have really loose chamber ... not the glocks ... i had a lot of 9mm pistols and by far this gen 3 34 has a more tight chamber than ... luger p08 navy, ruger p95dc,walther p99, bersa thunder 9 pro, cz shadow, tanfoglio combat and stockII and FM hipower ... just to give you and example :)

If they gaged then, they should work fine. Never seen an issue with brass out of my Glock 9 and the support matches the KKM barrel. 45ACP and 40S&W are where Glocks show less chamber support, 9 and Sig are excellent.
