Is a former Yooper allowed in on the action? Haha. I still own land near republic and my parents and family is still in ishpeming. You can take the person out of the UP but you can't take the UP out of the person.

...I got the following E mail from the Admin at MGO regarding the current problems. It's got to be even more frustrating for him.
Completely out of my control….our hosting company’s server had a major crash ‘n burn…they tried to restore all affected customers the efficient way, but it kept failing at around 50%…so now they have to rebuild the server file structure…one customer at a time, directory by directory (slow, inefficient process).
I can’t do anything until they have the server restored. In the mean time, we are on an old server…but I cannot run the current forum software on that server…only get email, etc.

ARRRRRGGGG!!!

...Not yet, but it won't be much longer.
Winds are ripping out of the northwest at over 25 mph, and the low tonight may get into single digits.
...Cold dry air passing over the great lakes could start up the snow machine at any time.

Michigan Gun Owners Website Outage

UPDATE: Tuesday, December 27, 2011 – 6:30pm

We are aware of the ongoing outage and are actively working to resolve it as soon as possible.

Our hosting company experienced a critical hardware failure and had to replace equipment. This affected several customers, MGO included.

They have replaced the failed equipment/hardware and are now in the process of rebuilding all of the accounts affected.

We are currently anticipating restoration of the website by Wednesday, December 28, 2011.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this process.

Does anyone know if they are going to update the software so that it is compatible with Tapatalk?
