Would like to know if anyone in this forum has ever used wolf primers?
They were given to me handgun & rifle

...I have noticed that the cups differ in hardness from one lot to another....
Yes - http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?p=7805786#post7805786CMV said:How can you tell how hard the cups are or that there is variation? Do you get a different firing pin indentation
For me Wolf primers have worked just fine for the multi K's of them that I have loaded--just be sure to give them an extra "Push" when seating. It seems that they are just a little larger than Win/CCI primers.
I will check that out today and get back later on tonight,I'm off today and will be doing some reloading. I have Wolf primers in the sizes I mentioned as well as CCI,Win,Fed in several similar sizes.Just curious....have you put a dial caliper or a micrometer on them to see how much they differ? I would but I don't have any Wolf primers.
For the thread where I am testing Tula SP primers (took some testing time off for Christmas shopping), will be continuing the testing using 45ACP cases with small primer pockets in Sig 1911.
So stay tuned on the thread - http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?p=7805786#post7805786
