Anyone have good experience with these bullets? I'm a little hesitant since the mfgr is unknown...

I just placed an order for the 223 hp and 40s&w hp bullets. I ordered some 38 special and 270 win polymer tip blemished bullets the last time they were on sale. The 38 special was hornady xtp bullets and the 270 was also hornady bullets. Im not saying the you will get hornady bullets, but the quality of the ones I received was as good as regular bullets. They usually go fast so if you are interested you may not want to weight too long to order.

I have been buying them every year available since 2007. I have always had good success with them. The rifle bullets are hard to beat especially for the price.

Just happened upon it before I even saw this thread. Never tried them before, but seems like a good enough deal that even if they aren't as good as regular inventory they'll be worth it for plinking. Ordered some polymer tipped boat tails and spitzers for the AR. I'll report back with performance numbers at a later date.

The last time I order from midway for a 7mm they were Hornady interbonds, I was quite pleased.

150G still there on my screen. Just got ready to order until the $21 shipping charge came up to ship just a few boxes of 9mm and 308. Made the order a lot bigger and the shipping charges got a lot bigger too. This is why I gave up on Midway some time ago. For a while a few months ago their shipping seemed a lot better, but it looks like it went the wrong way again.

Shipping cost me $10 for ground shipping for 200 bullets.
100 ct 165 Gr and 100 ct 123 Gr ( 308 and .310 )

I looked elsewhere before I put the order button and had I gotten regular ( not blem bullets), The cost would have been a difference of 5-10 bucks.

Shipping cost of approx $14 for 800 bullets. Grafs shipping policy is one of the best in the business vs Midway.

I paid $11 to ship 500 150gr .30 on my first of two orders last night (went back and ordered more later). They use flat rate shipping boxes for some things, which is generally a good deal.
Midway is also a better deal when you use the always active ar15.com discount codes

$12.80 dollars shipping for 600 bullets overall. However, assuming these blems aren't totally unacceptable, the price for 100 polymer tipped bullets is about $10 less than 100 anywhere locally. Even with the shipping I come out 47 bucks and some change ahead. No hate for MidwayUSA here.

Ordered 2,500 bullets last night - about $300 worth - shipping was $13.55. I figured it saved me between $250 and $275 for the bullets I got. The 50 grn polymer boat tail has always been the Hornady VMax. I've got a 22-250 that shoots those blem bullets just like the VMax for half the cost. The 75 grn match BTHP has always been the Hornady bullet. My 223 really likes those. Everytime I catch these blems for sale I buy 1,000 of each. MidSouth is where I got them last year. Seems like I paid about $90 for a 1,000 then but everthing else has gone up so why not blem bullets?

I ordered some 55 grain FMJBT's last year when they had them. Had a buddy check them out and he said they were Hornady.

"Always active? Didn't know there was such a thing with Midway! Care to enlighten?
Yup, it's kind of confusing but stick with me here.
The codes right now are

AR15610 - $10 off a $50 order
AR15615 - $15 off a $100
AR15625 - $25 off a $200
AR15635 - $35 off a $300

After the "AR15" portion of the code you'll see the number six. This is where the month digit goes and needs to be changed depending on the month you're using it. So June = 6, July = 7, August = 8, and so on. The last two digits stay the same, so you don't have to worry about that. Just as an example, next month's codes would be AR15710, AR15715, AR15725, and AR15735. There is nothing saying they will keep working, but they've been working this way since April with zero problems.

I wasn't sure about the policy on here in regards to posting discount codes, or talking about other forums, so I didn't originally intend on posting these. If it's a violation, I apologize.

Just got my order in from MidWayusa.

The 123 Gr .310 bullets look brand new! That or these are plated because you can see your face in them how shiny these are!

As for the 165 Gr Spitzer Boat Tail, I can see why there called Blems. There dirty.
But...That's it. They just needed a nice polish or something to get that nice jacketed color to them. Other than that, All of them seem to be fine. No bad noses by the looks of it.

This is purely a cosmetic report. Later when I have a chance, I will break out the caliper and see how consistent they are.

I ordered 1,700 blems with $13.55 shipping, no complaints here. Inboxes them last night.
Was able to pick up (500) 220gr .308" BTHP Match bullets, and some 155, 168, 178gr A-Max bullets in .308". Picked up some .277 110gr HPBT for the 6.8mm SPC.
Everything looked pretty good, some of the HP tips were slightly unevenly ending, should be fine for my needs.

They go fast, 44 cal 240gr JHP and 68gr .224's were gone in less than 5 hours. I think some people order a lot more than me! :(

Just got mine today. I wasn't expecting the handy reusable boxes they put them in. I had forgotten all about that. So, quite satisfied. Opened up the box of 7.62x39 and they look surprisingly similar to a common Zombie Z-Max round from the Red company.

So, if you are on the fence on these -- go ahead and place your order -- You could save a few bucks on some pretty good bullets.
