I just picked up a coach gun in 410, my question is.......Can I shoot 45 colt in it?

No, you should not try to do this. The bore size of a .410 is, well, .410" diameter; the diameter of a .45 Colt bullet is .452"- .454". If the shotgun is has any choke....and the little Stoeger is F/F....the diameters are even more different.
Additionally, the case dimensions, while similar at the case head are different at the case mouth. Many .410 shotguns will not allow a .45 case to chamber.
You can shoot .410s out of some guns chambered for .45 Colt but not the reverse.

Shoot .410 slugs if you want single projectiles. I used to shoot them out of my .45/.410 Derringer with relatively pleasant success.

It is choked, I believe it's modified and IC. I was more curious than anything else
Choke doesn't matter. Even with a cylinder bore, the bore is near .410 and a .452 bullet would be bad news (as would a .429 from a 444 Marlin which also may chamber). Adding any choke just makes it worse.
If you're lucky, the bullet will swage down and the gun won't blow up.

The reason the .410/.45 Colt handguns can fire .45 colt is that the barrels are .451" groove diameter (they're rifled to be legal as handguns). Even then, if it has a choke (like my Contender), the choke must be removed to fire .45 Colt. The barrels are, in effect, back bored for .410 use. Unfortunately, all the popularity of the .410/.45 colt handguns has got novices thinkin' the two can be interchanged in ANY firearm chambered for .410 and nothing could be further from the truth.

Just a side note...
I looked at the video referred to in post nine.
A dangerous video....hopefully no copycats.
What were those two thinking? In the list of things that they wanted to find out, there is no mention of the effect of firing a too large projectile down the bore of that little gun. When the thing blows up, there is not a word about the effect of the .454" bullet traveling down the .410 bore. The result is attributed to using 45 grains of range sweepings as propellant, no mention of the bullet nor of the cumulative effect the previous abuse of the gun.
