That's what I use. I have the riser (http://leeprecision.com/auto-disk-riser.html) to get it mostly out of the way of the primer feed.
I don't have the double disk kit yet, so I can't speak with experience there, but for loading pistol ammo, the PRO auto-disk measure works great on the classic turret 4-hole press.

Absolutely yes. Make sure you have the "F" operating lever.
The Pro Auto-Disk and the Standard Auto-Disk are 100% interchangeable in all applications and installations. The bases of the units are virtually identical. In fact, you can convert a Standard to a Pro by swapping the hopper and a couple of parts. The only difference in the base unit is that the Pro has a teflon coating on the base unit and the Standard does not. They mount and operate exactly the same way, use the same disks and operating levers.
Here's where I speculate your question comes from. The operating lever and press type?
When you buy a turret press kit, often the actuating lever shipped with the powder measure is the "F" lever which uses a spring for the return/reset operation. When you buy a progressive kit, the actuating lever is often the "T" lever which uses a chain (which attaches to the non-rotating part of the press' carrier. When you buy the powder measure (either model, Pro or Standard) all by itself, not part of a kit, you should get both the "T" lever and chain and "F" lever and spring.
It is interesting to note that the "F" lever and spring will work just fine on the progressive presses. But the "T" lever and chain cannot be made to work with an auto-indexing turret press. So, why bother with the "T" lever and chain at all?

What manithree said about the riser is correct. It also helps to have the swivel adapter http://leeprecision.com/swivel-adapter.html so you can position the powder measure over the center of rotation of the turret. That puts it away from the primer feed device as well as minimizing the moment of inertia of the whole rotating assembly.
If one riser is not enough (theoretically, it should be) risers can be stacked with no loss of function, though if you go to three you may get a little more wobble than you want.
When I bought my Lee Classic Turret from FSReloading, the tech doing the packing for my purchase substituted the standard for the Pro (which I had ordered). So, not everyone who claims to know actually does. Be warned.

All the auto disks will work on any lee press or on any press as long as you are using lee's powder through die.
I put the F bar in all my autodisks. I suppose the T bar might be a little safer on progressives and give less resistance, but the convenience of being able to pop the whole powder unit off the loadmaster and drop it on the turret press is huge for me. Or even move it over to the dillon 550.
you will only need the riser on the turret if you are using the safety prime (which is a wonderful system you should be using)
Edit: the other advantage to positioning the powder hopper over the center of the turret is that it tends to sling powder out of the hopper on to the floor less. At least for me.

I think I'm going to order a pro. My regular auto disk measure is getting leaky, especially with AA#5. I've read that the PRO is a little better with leak issues. Might have something to do with the Teflon coating. I already have the riser and swivel adapter so it sounds like it will work great. It looks like I can snag one on Ebay for about $40 shipped. Anyone have a better place to find em cheap?

FSReloading has about the best prices around, but they are sometimes backordered and you must be VERY SPECIFIC with them. They are earnest, though, and I can't fault them for trying.
Kempf's gun shop online is very good. Sue Kempf has my highest recommendation. She knows the equipment very well and will not steer you wrong.
The Pro Auto-disk also has a leakage mitigator in the "wiper" in the base of the hopper.
All Auto-disks benefit from a little "wearing in" of the disks. I speculate that the more robust mounting bolts of the Pro's hopper give an advantage there, too.
The only disadvantage to the Pro Auto-disk is that the hopper is over 2" taller than on the Standard. Might be a problem if your storage space is limited.

I can't recall if the regular one has it or not, but if you're starting to get wear out leakage, like lost sheep said, there is a rubber gasket thing that can be replaced on the pro. lives at the bottom of the hopper. Helped me a lot.
