You do have a right to free speech even on private property and where you are employed.
Private property owners also enjoy the right to declare you a trespasser if you do not leave when requested and employers can fire you for not adhering to company policy.
There is no suspension of free speech rights just revocation of private property use for any reason the owners choose.
